  • Open Hyper-V Manager by typing: Hyper-V Manager in Windows Search.

  • Select your virtual machine and click on Settings.

  • Select Security on the left, then select Enable Trusted Platform Module  on the right. Also make sure Enable Secure Boot is enabled. Click OK. And try reinstalling Windows 11 again on the VM.
