How to Turn Off the Floating Keyboard / Mic Icon on an Ipad or iPhone Device?

I recently added a second language to the iPad and then everytime I wanted to type a text message or send a message, the mic. icon was in the way. So here is how you disable the floating mic. on an iPad or iPhone device. 

1. Go to Settings
2. Locate Keyboard settings
3. Turn off Shortcuts option.
